Pro-active, Responsive & Reliant.

We’re ready to do a fantastic job for you, can you say the same about your accountant?

Accounting Done Properly

You deserve to work with accountants who are interested in you and your business, and who are equipped to look after your best interests.

At Linford Grey we work with Small Business Owners up and down the country, offering monthly accounting and bookkeeping support but also singular engagements

You will be set up on the best software, Xero being one of them, that will save you time and keep you in the know about the performance of your business 24/7.

We’re focused on giving our clients the best service, so we answer the phones, respond to emails and are proactive when it comes to communicating with you about your numbers. We even go as far as monitoring our team’s response times.

Good accounting should empower and add value to you and your business. We also aim to take away any stress that comes with accounting for your business and of course, want to save you money by helping your business grow or lower costs.

The first step is understanding your current situation and the challenges you’re facing to see how we can support you and your business.

How We Work With Our Clients

Our clients are important to us. They’re not just a number or just an email in an inbox.

We’re here to help, trying to serve business owners and help them realise their ambitions and growth goals.

It’s important that someone picks up the phone in the office and responds to your email within 24 hours.

We’re looking at your account daily and moving it into a healthier position.

That’s how we treat our Linford Grey clients – like they matter.

How the Discovery Call Works

1. Questionnare

On the Discovery Call we will run through a number of questions to get a better idea of your goals, business and accounting needs / issues.

2. Needs Analysis

After our Discovery Call our senior team will review the call notes and prepare a personalised proposal that suits your accounting needs.

3. The Proposal

Once your proposal is ready we will send it over to you with an explanatory video. If you're happy with your proposal you can e-sign it.

4. You're In!

When you have e-signed your proposal our team will be notified, you will officially be a Linford Grey client and our team will get to work for you.

5. Onboarding

After all the official formalities, we will set up a number of calls to onboard you into our systems and processes so we can start adding value.

Reasons to Change Accountant

You might be looking for your first ever accountant for your new limited company, or you might already be a successful small business owner looking to change accountant.

There are many reasons why small business owners need an accountant, but there are also many reasons why small business owners want to change accountant.

Below we have listed three of the most common problems we come across when speaking to business owners looking for a new accountant. Click through on them if any of these issues resonate with you. Because we can help!

We explain why you won’t have these problems and issues when coming on board with Linford Grey.

Get Support

When it comes to your business’s finances and money, you have important decisions and judgments to make. And often these decisions have to be made quickly!

Isn’t it extremely frustrating if you can’t get hold of your accountant, to speak to one-on-one?

There’s nothing worse than getting a bill from your accountant that is either unexpected or lacking in detail so that you can’t instantly see what you’re being asked to pay for.

You’re very probably not an accountant, so you’ll naturally have little idea of exactly what tasks are being completed on your behalf.

Not understanding how your business is performing is an unnerving (and potentially a dangerous) place to be…

Without the right facts and up-to-date figures at your fingertips on a daily basis, how can you be expected to make the best decisions for you and your business?
