We are a nationwide cloud-first firm. All client work is done remotely using Xero, Hubdoc, and video calls. Many of our clients are based in Leicester and the East Midlands, but we serve businesses across the UK. ### What is the minimum contract? All packages are monthly rolling. There is no minimum term — you can leave with a reasonable notice period. ### Can I switch from my current accountant? Yes. We handle the entire transfer process. We contact your previous accountant on your behalf, collect all records, migrate your data to Xero, and have you fully onboarded within 2–3 weeks. ### Do you do one-off tax returns? No. We only work with clients on monthly support packages. This allows us to provide a proactive, ongoing service rather than reactive, one-off work. ### What is Making Tax Digital (MTD)? MTD is HMRC's initiative requiring businesses to keep digital records and submit returns using compatible software.
